Classification
By function: Fixed pipe supports are used to fix the pipe's position and prevent unnecessary displacement; sliding pipe supports allow a certain displacement of the pipe during thermal expansion or contraction; guiding pipe supports ensure the pipe moves in a predetermined direction when sliding.
By insulation performance: Insulated (cold-insulated) pipe supports are suitable for pipelines conveying high or low-temperature media and can effectively reduce heat transfer; non-insulated pipe supports are used for ambient temperature pipelines.
Material
Polyurethane: Low thermal conductivity, good cold insulation and heat insulation effect, high compressive and flexural strength, low water absorption, good flame retardancy.
Vermiculite: Has good thermal insulation and fire resistance, often used for making insulation pipe supports. Steel: Common pipe supports are often made of steel, which has high strength and can withstand the weight of the pipe and external forces.
Application Areas
