New energy-saving and environmentally friendly pipe support (also known as high-density polyurethane pipe support or HDPU cryogenic pipe support or polyurethane pipe support or HDPU pipe bracket) has excellent properties such as high density, low thermal conductivity, and low water absorption, and can completely replace wood. This new type of cryogenic pipe support is suitable for supporting stressed parts of low-temperature pipeline equipment with light hydrocarbon working media, and all refrigeration and refrigerant transmission equipment and pipelines. It includes polyurethane foam pipe shells and polyurethane foam pipe supports. The cross-section of the pipe shell is semi-circular, and the upper cross-section of the pipe support is semi-circular. The bottom of the pipe support is provided with a thin stainless steel plate. Angle steels are fixedly connected to both sides above the thin steel plate. The thin steel plate, angle steel, and pipe support are integrally foam-molded. A PTFE plate is attached below the thin steel plate, which is embedded in a rectangular groove of the steel plate below and fixedly connected to it. The low-temperature pipe is placed in the circular hole formed by the pipe shell and pipe support, and the pipe shell and pipe support are fixedly connected. This utility model is fixedly connected to the support pipe frame via the steel plate. It has advantages such as low friction generated during relative sliding, resulting in minimal wear, thus a long service life, simple structure, easy installation and operation, convenient maintenance; and good performance.
