Product Description
A pipe support is a connecting piece between the pipeline and the steel structure or concrete bracket that supports the pipeline, serving to support the pipeline.
Classification
By function: Fixed pipe supports are used to fix the pipe's position and prevent unnecessary displacement; sliding pipe supports allow the pipe to move a certain amount during thermal expansion or contraction; guiding pipe supports ensure the pipe moves in a predetermined direction when sliding.
By insulation performance: Insulated (cold-retaining) pipe supports are suitable for pipelines transporting high or low-temperature media, effectively reducing heat transfer; non-insulated pipe supports are used for normal temperature pipelines.
Material
Polyurethane: Low thermal conductivity, good cold insulation and heat-breaking effect, high compressive and bending strength, low water absorption, good flame retardancy.
Vermiculite: Has good thermal insulation and fire resistance, often used to make insulating pipe supports. Steel: Ordinary pipe supports are often made of steel, which has high strength and can withstand the weight of the pipeline and external forces.
Application Areas
Widely used in pipeline systems in industries such as petroleum, chemical, electric power, heating, and refrigeration, ensuring the safe operation of pipelines.
