Technical characteristics and process of vermiculite insulation pipe support案例

Material Composition: Primarily expanded vermiculite, mixed with inorganic binder and fire retardant, formed by high-temperature sintering at 1200℃, creating a honeycomb-like three-dimensional structure to further reduce heat conduction.
Corrosion Protection:
Baking Varnish Process: Using epoxy resin anti-corrosion paint, two coats are sprayed, with a salt spray test exceeding 1000 hours.
Hot-Dip Galvanizing: Zinc layer thickness reaches 0.7mm, suitable for humid or marine environments.
Customized Design: Thickness (20-100mm) and layers can be customized according to pipe diameter and temperature range (e.g., -50℃ to 650℃) to meet different operating conditions.
